Results of Withdrawal from Customer Transactions. In the event of any such Withdrawal of an Included Program pursuant to the immediately preceding section, Studio shall not subsequently authorize any new licenses in the Territory of any withdrawn Included Program asset via DHE by any distributors (including Studio and its affiliates) to whom the reason for withdrawal is equally applicable unless Studio also offers to authorize such exhibition by Comcast.
