UV and Non-UV Included Programs. All New Releases, Episodes and Library Pictures licensedmade available to Comcast for distribution on a DHE basis in accordance with this Section 5 shall be licensedmade available to Comcast by Studio as both UV Included Programs and Non-UV Included Programs in accordance with the terms hereunder. All New Releases, Episodes and Library Pictures made available to Comcast hereunder shall be referred to herein as “Available Programs.”
