Resumption. The Council may terminate this lease by giving at least three months’ written notice to the Lessee if the Council receives notice of resumption or acquisition of the Premises or the Building or Land (or any part of the Building or Land affecting the Premises) from or by any Statutory Authority governmental or semi-governmental body.
