Retail and Commercial Leases Act. 2.4.1 If the Act applies to this Lease, then this Lease will be read and interpreted subject to the provisions of the Act and, to the extent to which there is any inconsistency with the provisions of the Act, those provisions of the Act will override the terms of this Lease.
