Retail, Office, Recreation/Entertainment Indoor, Recording and TV/Radio. Tenant shall pay 1.75% of the gross revenue (less any release price payable in connection with the release of the lien of a Leasehold Mortgage from the applicable space and/or related lien of a Mezzanine Loan) actually received and whenever received by Tenant (or the fair value equivalent thereof, for space other than sales, leasing and/or construction centers occupied by Tenant), excluding all pass-through reimbursements, from the portions of the Premises having a primary use of retail, office, Recreation/Entertainment Indoor, or Recording and TV/Radio uses (but excluding such amounts derived from retail, office, Recreation/Entertainment Indoor, or Recording and TV/Radio uses that are located in any hotel, senior housing or residential facility, if any, which shall be deemed revenue of such hotel, senior housing or residential facility) during the prior calendar year. If, as, and when Light Industrial uses are approved for the Premises, Tenant shall pay Participation Rent of 1.75% of the gross revenue actually received and whenever received by Tenant for portions of the Premises having a primary use of Light Industrial.

Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Gaming, betting and lotteries The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • Recreation Recreation rooms shall be supplied. Smokes and soft drinks shall be available. Outside walls of the above to be completely closed-in cold weather. Sidewalk to be provided between the living quarters, from living quarters to dining rooms and recreation rooms. The above to be Standards for Stationary or Permanent type camps. In the initial construction of the above, the camp construction workers in areas where there are no hotel accommodations, shall construct such housing as is necessary for them (this is not a tent). When bunkhouses are built to the degree that they can be occupied, the camp construction workers shall move into such quarters and their original buildings shall be disposed of or not used for lodging from time to time.

  • Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.
