Retail Rate Schedules. «Customer Name» shall make its retail rate schedules available to BPA, as required by section 5(a) of the Bonneville Project Act, P.L. 75-329, within 30 days of each of «Customer Name»’s retail rate schedule effective dates. This requirement may be satisfied by «Customer Name» informing BPA of its public website where such information is posted and kept current.
