Retail Sales, Services and Manufacturing Prohibited. Except with the prior written consent of Landlord, Tenant shall not sell, or permit the retail sale of, newspapers, magazines, periodicals, theater tickets or any other goods or merchandise to the general public in or on the Premises, nor shall Tenant carry on or permit or allow any employee or other person to carry on the independent business of stenography, typewriting or any similar business in or from the Premises for the service or accommodation of other occupants of any other portion of the Building. Tenant shall not permit the Premises to be used for manufacturing or for any illegal activity of any kind, or for any business or activity other than for Tenant’s specific use.
