Retailer’s services and obligations. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Retailer will in accordance with Good Electricity Industry Practice: (a) if it becomes aware that a Consumer's Installation does not comply with the Network Connection Standards, notify the Distributor of the ICP identifier of the Consumer's Installation and the details of the non-compliance as soon as reasonably practicable; (b) process any applications for new connections or changes to the capacity of existing connections in accordance with clause 19; (c) comply with the Service Standards; (d) provide a 24 hour, seven day a week, Unplanned Service Interruption information service and provide service interruption information in accordance with schedule 5, unless a change to the party responsible for receiving and managing Unplanned Service Interruption calls in respect of a Network area has been made in accordance with the process set out in clause 24.4; (e) subject to clause 28, have a Consumer Contract with each Consumer for the supply of electricity that contains terms that have substantially the same effect as schedule 4; (f) provide information in accordance with clauses 0 and 11; (g) respond to requests from the Distributor for Consumer details in accordance with clause 30; ‘and (h) provide the Additional Services as set out in schedule 2.

(hi) provide the Additional Services as set out in schedule 2.

(f) subject to clause Clause 28, have a Consumer Contract with each Consumer for the supply of electricity Gas that contains terms that have substantially the same effect as schedule Schedule 4;
(fg) provide information in accordance with clauses 0 Clauses 10 and 1114;
(gh) investigate and minimise, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, non-technical UFG;
(i) respond to requests from the Distributor for Consumer details in accordance with clause Clause 30; ‘and
(hj) provide the any Additional Services as set out in schedule 2agreed.
