Common use of Retained Rights Clause in Contracts

Retained Rights. Stanford retains the right, on behalf of itself, Stanford Health Care, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Hospital at Stanford and all other non-profit research institutions, to practice the Licensed Patent and use Technology for any non-profit purpose, including sponsored research and collaborations. ***** agrees that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, it has no right to enforce the Licensed Patent against any such institution. Stanford and any such other institution have the right to publish any information included in the Technology or a Licensed Patent.

Retained Rights. Stanford retains the right, on behalf of itself, Stanford Health Care, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Hospital at Stanford Stanford, and all other non-profit research institutions, to practice the Licensed Patent and use Technology for any non-profit purpose, including sponsored research and collaborations. ***** agrees that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, it has no right to enforce the Licensed Patent against any such institution. Stanford and any such other institution have the right to publish any information included in the Technology or a Licensed Patent.

Stanford and any such other institution have the right to publish any information included in the any Optioned Technology or a Licensed Optioned Patent.

Retained Rights. Stanford retains the right, on behalf of itself, Stanford Health Care, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Hospital at Stanford and all other non-profit research institutions, including PICI Member Institutions, to practice the Licensed Patent and use Technology for any non-profit purpose, including sponsored research and collaborations. ***** For clarity, Stanford does not retain the right under this Section 3.4 for any entity other than Stanford, Stanford Health Care, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Hospital at Stanford or any other non-profit research institution to practice the License Patents. Syncopation agrees that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, it has no right to enforce the Licensed Patent against any such institutioninstitution for use of the Licensed Patents for such non-profit purposes. Stanford and any such other institution have the right to publish any information included in the Technology or a Licensed Patent.

Stanford retains the right, on behalf of itself, Stanford Health CareHospital and Clinics, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Hospital at Stanford UW, and all other non-profit research institutions, to practice the Licensed Patent and use Technology for any non-profit purpose, including sponsored research and collaborations. ***** Surrozen agrees that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, it has no right to enforce the Licensed Patent against any such institution. Stanford and any such other institution have the right to publish any information included in the Technology or a Licensed Patent.
