Retainers. 18. JAC shall not prepay or provide a retainer to Vendor. If Vendor requires prepayment or a retainer, Attorney must pay the amount and seek reimbursement only after Vendor has completed the services for which the prepayment or retainer was paid. Attorney shall only be reimbursed the amount necessary to compensate Vendor at the appropriate hourly rate irrespective of the amount of the retainer. PUBLIC RECORDS
