Wellness Benefits. The Employer shall offer any additional wellness/prevention benefits which are offered in the future by the Employer to employees in general.
Wellness Benefits. Benefits will be provided for: A. A health risk assessment that is completed by each Member on a voluntary basis; and, B. Written feedback to the individual who completes the health risk assessment, with recommendations for lowering risks identified in the completed health risk assessment.

Wellness Benefits. Employees and retirees enrolled in the Town’s Plans may participate in Wellness Incentive programs. The wellness incentive is up to $300 per adult on HMO plans, and $400 per adult on the HSA plan.

Wellness Benefits may include, but are not limited to: • Access to a wellness and healthy aging website, supportive mobile applications, educational tools and resource programs; • Access to special offers, subscriptions and discounts for wellness and aging programs and services; • Availability of individualized health and aging risk assessments and Wellness Plans; • Access to a wellness and aging concierge customer service number; • Access to professional advisors who can link the Owners’ care and service needs to service providers; and • Tools and incentives to promote continued engagement with the Wellness Program and earning of Wellness Rider Credits. Wellness Benefits may be accessed as long as this Rider has not been terminated.
Wellness Benefits. Eligibility: All members of the teachers bargaining unit are eligible for the Wellness Benefits under this section.
Wellness Benefits. Active part-time faculty are eligible to use the on-site Fitness Center at no cost, unless a cost is charged to other College employees. Part-time faculty may participate in health and wellness events (i.e., massage clinics and health fairs) held at the College consistent with the terms of those events.

Teachers who have completed fifteen (15) or more years of continuous service at .50 FTE or more in the district are eligible for Wellness Benefits under Sections 17.1.4 and 17.1.5. 3. Teachers who are terminated for cause or who resign from the district while an investigation is pending will not be eligible for any contribution under this section.
