Retention and Accumulation of Seniority on Transfer Outside Bargaining Unit. An employee who is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit for a period of less than eighteen (18) months or such longer period as the parties may agree upon, shall retain but not accumulate seniority held at the time of transfer.
