Common use of Retention of Authority Clause in Contracts

Retention of Authority. UDASD, on its own behalf of the electors of the district, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitation, all power, right, authority, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in by the laws and Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
