Retention of Contractor. Owner hereby engages Contractor, and Contractor hereby agrees to be engaged by Owner, to perform the Work in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Retention of Contractor. The County hereby retains the Contractor to perform the services and provide the products and equipment as described in the SOW attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A (the “Reconfiguration Services”). The Contractor hereby accepts the retention by the County and agrees to perform and carry out the Reconfiguration Services as more fully described in the SOW and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement in a good, professional and workmanlike manner.
