RETENTION OF CVR; SCOPE OF SERVICES. Section 2.01 Retention of CVR. GP, on its own behalf and for the benefit of the Services Recipients, hereby engages CVR to perform the Services and CVR hereby accepts such engagement and agrees to perform the Services and to provide all Administrative Personnel, Seconded Personnel, and Shared Personnel necessary to perform the Services.
