Common use of Retention of Data on Termination Clause in Contracts

Retention of Data on Termination. To the extent a Participant has provided Data or other information to a Recipient (including CRISP), such Data will be merged with the Recipient’s Data or the Recipient’s other information such that returning or destroying the Data at the termination of the Agreement is infeasible . In addition, CRISP and the other Recipients may be required to retain such Data or information for legal or regulatory reasons. Recipients are not required to return or destroy such Data or other information, and may retain it in accordance with Recipient’s document and data retention policies and procedures, subject to the requirements of Applicable Laws.
