Retention of Records and Audit Procedures. a. PCTPA or its designee, including but not limited to any State or Federal agency, shall have the right to review, obtain, and copy all books, records, computer records, accounts, documentation and any other materials (collectively “Records”) pertaining to performance of this Agreement, including any Records in the possession of any subcontractors, for the purpose of monitoring, auditing, or otherwise examining the Records. Such Records shall include all records of employment, employment advertisements, employment application forms, and other pertinent employment data, as well as any records pertaining to compliance with Public Contract Code 10115, et seq. and Title 21, California Code of Regulations, Chapter 21, Section 2500 et seq. (when applicable) and other matters connected with the performance of the contract pursuant to Government Code 8546.7.
