Common use of Retention of Records and Backup of Operations Clause in Contracts

Retention of Records and Backup of Operations. The Concessionaire shall retain all records and reports pertaining to this Agreement for a period of at-least five (5) years from the date of expiry of the Concession Period; for any further period required by Law; and until all audits are completed and exceptions resolved for the term of the Agreement. Upon request and except as otherwise restricted by Applicable Law, Concessionaire shall make these records available to authorized representatives of the Authority.

Retention of Records and Backup of Operations. 4.13.1 The Concessionaire shall retain all records and reports pertaining to this Agreement for a period till the completion of at-least five (5) years from the date of expiry tenure of the Concession Period; for any further period required by Law/Authority; and until all audits are completed and exceptions resolved for the term of the Agreement. Upon request and except as otherwise restricted by Applicable Law, Concessionaire shall make these records available to authorized representatives of the Authority.
