Retention of Records and Inspections and Audits. Section 13.5.1 The Contractor shall maintain books, records, documents and other evidence directly pertinent to performance under the Contract in accordance with generally accepted professional practice and appropriate accounting procedures and practices consistently applied in effect on the date of execution of the Contract.
