Retirement and Disability. Section 1. Pursuant to the provision of the Ohio Revised Code 742.01 et.seq, each Firefighter/Paramedic will be required to become members of the Police and Firefighters Disability and Pension Fund. Section 2. The Canton Township Board of Trustees will meet all of its obligations as set forth in the Ohio Revised Code sections 742.01 et.seq, specifically including, but not limited to contributions to the Police and Firefighters Disability and Pension Fund as required by the Ohio Revised Code sections 742.34.
