Common use of Retirement and Residual Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retirement and Residual Benefits. Members of the bargaining unit who retire in good standing shall be eligible for the following benefits: • Tuition Waiver (See Article 15) • Free Parking • Use of College Facilities (library, fitness center, etc.) To retire in good standing, the bargaining unit member shall provide no less than 90 days notice to the Human Resources Department. Exceptions to this notice requirement will be made if a retirement is precipitated or hastened by emergency circumstances.
