Common use of Retirement and Welfare Plans Clause in Contracts

Retirement and Welfare Plans. During the Term, from the Effective Date through the date of termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any welfare, health and life insurance and pension benefit plans as may be adopted from time to time by the Company on the same basis as that provided to similarly situated executives of the Company generally, consistent with the terms of such plans.

Retirement and Welfare Plans. During the Term, from the Effective Date Term and through the date of termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all welfare, health and life insurance and pension benefit plans as may be adopted from time to time or otherwise offered by the Company on the same basis as that provided to similarly situated executives of the Company generallyat a Chief Executive Officer level, consistent with the terms of such plans.
