RETIREMENT PICK-UP 257. For the term of this Agreement, the CITY shall pick up the full amount of the employees’ contribution to retirement.
Retirement Date If the Executive remains in the continuous employ of the Bank, the Executive shall retire from active employment with the Bank on the Executive’s sixty-fifth (65th) birthday, unless by action of the Board of Directors this period of active employment shall be shortened or extended.
Retirement Gratuity 1. Those employees who, on August 31, 2012, were eligible for a retirement gratuity shall have their accumulated sick days vested as of that date, up to the maximum eligible under the retirement gratuity plan.
Retirement Age It is assumed that an employee terminates employment at the end of the school year in which the employee attains age 58 or at the end of the current year, if the individual is already 58 or older.
Retirement Payment Employees with 25 or more total years of service in the program, who give two months’ notice of intent to retire, shall be provided the equivalent of 16% of annual salary, or $16,000, whichever is greater, at date of termination. The payment shall not exceed $20,000.

Retirement Savings 5.6.1 Principals are eligible to join a KiwiSaver scheme in accordance with the terms of those schemes.
Vacation Leave on Retirement An employee scheduled to retire and to receive pension benefits under the Public Service Pension Plan Rules or who has reached the mandatory retiring age, shall be granted full vacation entitlement for the final calendar year of service.
Retirement Program Any employee employed prior to October 1, 1977, working at least seventy (70) hours per month shall by law be a member of the Washington Public Employees Retirement system (PERS) Plan One. Any employee working at least seventy (70) hours per month, entering employment on or after October 1, 1977, shall by law be a member of the School Employees Retirement System, Plan Two or Three. The District shall provide each new employee information concerning PERS or SERS membership benefits.
Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.
