The Trustee shall, upon the retirement of the Certificates pursuant hereto or otherwise, furnish to the Certificate Insurer a notice of such retirement, and, upon retirement of the Certificates and the expiration of the term of the Certificate Insurance Policy, shall surrender the Certificate Insurance Policy to the Certificate Insurer for cancellation.
