Retirement System Coverage. 1. All bargaining unit employees who are members of the City of Tacoma Employees Retirement System (TERS) as of May 2, 1983 shall remain members of TERS for the duration of their employment with the Employer. 2. All other bargaining unit employees shall be members of the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).
