Common use of Retractable Clause in Contracts

Retractable. Any holder of a Class 1 Reorganization share may, in accordance with the rules and procedures in Article 24.7, require the Company at any time to redeem the whole or any part of the Class 1 Reorganization shares held by such holder by payment of the Redemption Price for each Class 1 Reorganization share to be redeemed.

Retractable. Any holder of a Class 1 2 Reorganization share may, in accordance with the rules and procedures in Article 24.724.8, require the Company at any time to redeem the whole or any part of the Class 1 2 Reorganization shares held by such holder by payment of the Redemption Price for each Class 1 2 Reorganization share to be redeemed.

Retractable. Any holder of a Class 1 2 Reorganization share may, in accordance with the rules and procedures in Article 24.7, require the Company at any time to redeem the whole or any part of the Class 1 2 Reorganization shares held by such holder by payment of the Redemption Price for each Class 1 2 Reorganization share to be redeemed.
