Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

Pavement Design If applicable, the Engineer shall incorporate the pavement design developed by the State for this project. If the pavement design is not available, the State may request the Engineer to perform pavement design and submit to State for review and approval.
Supplier A manufacturer, fabricator, distributor, supplier, or vendor of goods or equipment in connection with the Work, or any other party having a Contract or Purchase Order with the Contractor or with a Subcontractor to furnish materials or equipment to be incorporated in the Work by the Contractor or a Subcontractor.

Litter In accordance with the Virginia Anti-Litter Law, receptacles sufficient to contain workmen's litter and construction wastes capable of being spread by wind or water shall be located on the construction site. The number and size of receptacles required shall be determined by the Contractor.
The Contractor A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct the Improvements. Warning Banners All systems providing access to PHI COUNTY discloses to 9 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 10 must display a warning banner stating that data is confidential, systems are logged, and system use is for 11 business purposes only by authorized users. User must be directed to log off the system if they do not 12 agree with these requirements.
Supervisor A. Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.
