RETROACTIVE PREMIUM ADJUSTMENT. The monthly charge will be determined from our records by the number of Enrollees who have been confirmed through the CMS Accretion process. Retroactive adjustments will be made for additions and terminations of Enrollees and for Enrollees who have been confirmed through the CMS Accretion process after the initial billing statement. Any refund that is owed to an Enrollee must come from the Group, unless the Enrollee is billed directly (direct-billed Enrollee) by the Plan. The Plan will only adjust the amount due of a Group and will not refund premium(s) paid to an Enrollee, unless the Enrollee is billed directly (direct-billed Enrollee) by the Plan.

Retroactive adjustments will be made for additions and terminations of Covered Retirees and for Covered Retirees who have been confirmed through the CMS enrollment transaction process after the initial billing statement. Any refund that is owed to a Covered Retiree must come from the Group, unless the Covered Retiree is billed directly by us. Florida Blue will only adjust the amount due of a Group and will not refund Premium(s) paid to a Covered Retiree, unless we mutually agree that a Covered Retiree is to be directly billed by Florida Blue. You must refund to Covered Retirees any amounts received from us that are due to Covered Retirees in a timely manner.

  • CPI Adjustment In this Agreement, “CPI-Adjusted” in reference to an amount means that amount is adjusted under the following formula: N  C  (1 CPIn  CPIc ) CPIc where: ”N” is the new amount being calculated; and “C” is the current amount being adjusted; and

  • FORCE ADJUSTMENT Section 1. In the event that the Company determines that a surplus exists and a decrease in the work force becomes necessary, the Company will first advise the Union in writing prior to notifying the affected employee(s). The affected employee(s) will be notified not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date the employee(s) is to be laid off. In matters involving the surplus of fifty (50) or more employees at a single location, the Company will provide the employees sixty (60) days advance notice of the surplus.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Construction Cost Adjustment Contracting Officer, as provided in B5.21, B5.212, B5.251, B5.252, and B5.253, shall adjust Specified Road construction cost estimates in the Schedule of Items and show the adjustments as credits or debits to Timber Sale Account in the month when the road segment is accepted.

  • Retroactive Pay All employees shall receive full retroactive pay to May 21, 2021 for all hours worked and/or paid. Retroactive pay shall be paid to all employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. Retroactive pay will be issued to each employee in the bargaining unit on paycheques that are separate and apart from the employee's normal earnings.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.
