RETROSPECTIVE LEGISLATION. 6.1 Save as provided in paragraph 6.2 of this schedule 5, no liability shall arise in respect of a Claim to the extent that such liability arises or is increased as a result of any legislation not in force at the date of this agreement which takes effect retrospectively.
