Force of Law. In the event any portion of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid and/or unenforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction or as the result of state or federal legislation, the balance of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The parties shall negotiate alternative proposals to the affected portions within sixty (60) days after such determination.
Force of Law. If any part of this contract is held to be invalid by a court of law all other parts shall remain in full effect.
Force of Law. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring the commission of any act contrary to law. In the event there is any conflict between any provision of this Agreement and any statute, law, ordinance or regulation contrary to which the Partners have no legal right to contract, the later shall prevail, but in such event the provisions of this Agreement thus affected shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to conform with said requirement of law. In the event that XXXXX’X COFFEE ASIA PACIFIC PARTNERS, LP PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT PAGE 25 OF 29 any part, article, section, paragraph or clause of this Agreement shall be held to be indefinite, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the entire Agreement shall not fail on account thereof, and the balance of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Force of Law. 1 The following provisions of the Protocol on Rules of Origin and Origin Procedures of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, as incorporated by reference in the Canada – United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement, have the force of law in Canada:
