Return From Leave (Long-Term Jury Duty. 25.9.3.1 Upon return from such leave of absence, the educator shall be advanced one step on the salary schedule if applicable. 25.9.3.2 Upon return from such leave of absence, the educator shall be placed in the position formerly held.
