Return of Company Materials Upon Termination. Employee acknowledges that all price lists, sales manuals, catalogs, binders, client lists and other client information, supplier lists and other supplier information, financial information, memoranda, correspondence and other records or documents including information stored on computer disks or in computer readable form, containing Confidential Information prepared by Employee or coming into Employee's possession by virtue of Employee's employment by the Company is and shall remain the property of the Company and that upon termination of Employee's employment hereunder, Employee shall return immediately to the Company all such items in Employee's possession, together with all copies thereof.
