Delivery of Materials upon Termination of Employment. As requested by the Company from time to time and upon the termination of Executive's employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company all copies and embodiments, in whatever form, of all Confidential Information and Intellectual Property in Executive's possession or within his control (including, but not limited to, written records, notes, photographs, manuals, notebooks, documentation, program listings, flow charts, magnetic media, disks, diskettes, tapes and all other materials containing any Confidential Information or Intellectual Property) irrespective of the location or form of such material and, if requested by the Company, shall provide the Company with written confirmation that all such materials have been delivered to the Company.
Delivery of Materials upon Termination of Employment. As requested by the Company, from time to time and upon the termination of the Executive's employment with (or services for) the Company for any reason, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company all property of the Company in the Executive's possession or within his control, including, without limitation, all copies and embodiments, in whatever form or medium, of all Confidential Information or Intellectual Property (including written records, notes, photographs, manuals, notebooks, documentation, program listings, flow charts, magnetic media, disks, diskettes, tapes and all other materials containing any Confidential Information or Intellectual Property), irrespective of the location or form of such property and, if requested by the Company, will provide the Company with written confirmation that all such property has been delivered to the Company and/or deleted from computers, as applicable.

The Executive shall deliver to the Company at the termination of the Employment Period or at any time the Company may request all memoranda, notes, plans, records, reports, computer tapes and software and other documents and data (and copies thereof) relating to the Confidential Information, Work Product or the Subject Business which he may then possess or have under his control regardless of the location or form of such material and, if requested by the Company, will provide the Company with written confirmation that all such materials have been delivered to the Company.

As requested by the Company from time to time and in any event upon the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company , the Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company, or at the Company’s election, destroy, all copies and embodiments, in whatever form or medium, of all Confidential Information, Company Works and other property and assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries in the Executive’s possession or within his control (including, but not limited to, office keys, access cards, written records, notes, photographs, manuals, notebooks, documentation, program listings, flow charts, magnetic media, disks, diskettes, tapes computers and handheld devices (including all software, files and documents thereon) and any other materials containing any Confidential Information or Company Works) irrespective of the location or form of such material and, if requested by the Company, shall provide the Company with written confirmation that all such materials have been delivered to the Company or destroyed, as applicable.

As requested by the Companies from time to time, and upon the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Companies for any reason, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Companies all property of the Company or its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, all copies and embodiments, in whatever form or medium, of all Confidential Information in the Executive’s possession or within his control (including written records, notes, photographs, manuals, notebooks, documentation, program listings, flow charts, magnetic media, disks, diskettes, tapes and all other materials containing any Confidential Information) irrespective of the location or form of such material and, if requested by the Companies, will provide the Companies with written confirmation that to the best of his knowledge all such materials have been delivered to the Companies or destroyed.

As requested by Patriot from time to time and upon the termination of the Executive's employment with Patriot for any reason, the Executive will promptly deliver to Patriot all copies and embodiments, in whatever form or medium, of all Confidential Information in the Executive's possession or within his control irrespective of the location or form of such material and, if requested by Patriot, will provide Patriot with written confirmation that all such materials have been delivered to Patriot.

Executive shall be permitted to retain a copy of this Agreement and other documents concerning Executive’s entitlement to compensation to enforce the terms of this Agreement or any other rights afforded by law to Executive.
