Common use of Return of Company Property and Documents Clause in Contracts

Return of Company Property and Documents. The Executive agrees that, at the time of termination of his employment, regardless of the reason for termination, he, as soon as practical, will deliver to Corporation or Bank, any and all company property, including, but not limited to, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, pagers, computers, devices, confidential information (as defined in this Agreement), records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed or obtained by the Executive during the course of his employment.
