RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL. Should it become necessary for Xxxxxx to return any rejected material hereunder, Xxxxxx shall return it collect, uninsured except as provided herein, FOB Palm Bay, Florida, at Seller’s expense. Xxxxxx shall notify the Seller upon rejection of defective material. Should the Seller desire to provide shipping instructions contrary to the above, it shall notify Xxxxxx within a reasonable time and in any event, prior to date of shipment.
