RETURN OF DEPOSITS AND REPLACEMENT CHEQUES. SAMPLE If the deposits paid hereunder are returned to the Purchaser due to the termination of this Agreement, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the deposits shall be returned by cheque payable to the Purchaser and not payable to the payor(s) of any deposits if said payor(s) are different than the Purchaser. If the Purchaser is comprised of more than one entity or person, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the aforementioned deposits shall be made payable to all entities and persons that comprise the Purchaser, as payees. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that said deposits shall be delivered to the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s address in accordance with the Section entitled “Notice”, above. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any deposit cheques which have been delivered to the Vendor with respect to the deposits and which have not yet been negotiated by the Vendor on the date of termination shall, at the sole option of the Vendor, either be destroyed by the Vendor and not be returned to the Purchaser or his solicitor, or be returned by the Vendor to the Purchaser or its solicitor. Furthermore, the Purchaser agrees to, and to cause its solicitors to, forthwith and without charge, provide replacement cheque(s) for any cheque(s) that the Purchaser and/or its solicitors has(have) provided to the Vendor or the Vendor’s solicitors which have been inadvertently misplaced and which have not yet been negotiated by the Vendor or the Vendor’s solicitors.

  • FILOT Payments on Replacement Property If the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate elects to replace any Removed Components and to substitute such Removed Components with Replacement Property as a part of the Economic Development Property, or the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate otherwise utilizes Replacement Property, then, pursuant and subject to the provisions of Section 12-44-60 of the FILOT Act, the Company or such Sponsor Affiliate shall make statutory payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with regard to such Replacement Property in accordance with the following:

  • Cooperative Deposits On a basis of cooperation or assistance (16 USC 572) and by a written agreement, Forest Service shall perform all or portions of the work that Purchaser is obligated to perform under this contract, as well as furnish other services in connection with activities under this contract. When Forest Service is to perform such work, Purchaser shall make one or more deposits to cover the estimated cost of the work. On re- quest of Purchaser, Forest Service shall render monthly accounts, as may be specified in such agreement.

  • Notification of Deposits Along with the delivery of each Deposit, Registry Operator will deliver to Escrow Agent and to ICANN (using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Part A, Section 9, reference 5 of this Specification (the “Interface Specification”)) a written statement (which may be by authenticated e-­‐mail) that includes a copy of the report generated upon creation of the Deposit and states that the Deposit has been inspected by Registry Operator and is complete and accurate. Registry Operator will include the Deposit’s “id” and “resend” attributes in its statement. The attributes are explained in Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the Interface Specification at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the Interface Specification after the Effective Date. Once the Interface Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the Interface Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after such publishing.

  • Payment of Deposits In the event any depositor does not accept the obligation of the Assuming Institution to pay any Deposit liability of the Failed Bank assumed by the Assuming Institution pursuant to this Agreement and asserts a claim against the Receiver for all or any portion of any such Deposit liability, the Assuming Institution agrees on demand to provide to the Receiver funds sufficient to pay such claim in an amount not in excess of the Deposit liability reflected on the books of the Assuming Institution at the time such claim is made. Upon payment by the Assuming Institution to the Receiver of such amount, the Assuming Institution shall be discharged from any further obligation under this Agreement to pay to any such depositor the amount of such Deposit liability paid to the Receiver.

  • Return of Deposit and Interest Note the number of days after the end of this agreement that the landlord will return the security deposit (less any amounts under this section) to the tenant. Specify whether or not the security deposit shall be held in an interest-bearing account. *Note that most states have laws regarding security deposits, including the amount, where the landlord saves the deposit, how the landlord can use it, and when the landlord must return it to the tenant. Step 9 –

  • Release of Deposits Escrow Agent will make available for electronic download (unless otherwise requested) to ICANN or its designee, within twenty-­‐four (24) hours, at the Registry Operator’s expense, all Deposits in Escrow Agent’s possession in the event that the Escrow Agent receives a request from Registry Operator to effect such delivery to ICANN, or receives one of the following written notices by ICANN stating that:

  • Repair and Replacement Subject to obtaining prior written permission of the Authority and any instructions/specifications issued by the Authority, the Operator may if need so arises, replace or install any equipment or accessory for beyond the specifications inside or on the outside of the Contracted Buses. In the event the Operator replaces or installs any equipment or accessory in accordance with this provision, it shall ensure that such additional equipment or accessory is compatible with the existing bus components, parts, software, accessories, or equipment.

  • Security Deposits The Owner hereby grants the Agent power to collect security deposits from the tenants on the Property. Returning said security deposit shall be the responsibility of the: (check one) ☐ - Agent for returning to vacating tenants. ☐ - Owner for returning to vacating tenants.

  • Verification of Deposits 7.1. Within twenty-­‐four (24) hours after receiving each Deposit or corrected Deposit, Escrow Agent must verify the format and completeness of each Deposit and deliver to ICANN a notification generated for each Deposit. Reports will be delivered electronically using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Part A, Section 9, reference 5 of this Specification.

  • Taxes and Fees Imposed on Purchasing Party But Collected And Remitted By Providing Party 11.3.1 Taxes and fees imposed on the purchasing Party shall be borne by the purchasing Party, even if the obligation to collect and/or remit such taxes or fees is placed on the providing Party.
