Common use of Return of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Return of Documentation. Following termination of this Agreement, Buyer shall return to the Sellers all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments, books, records, materials and all other information regarding the Sellers or their Affiliates provided to Buyer or any Representatives of Buyer or its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents.

Following termination of this AgreementAgreement in accordance with Section 7.1, Buyer shall return to the Sellers all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments, books, records, materials and all other information regarding the Sellers Company or their any of its Subsidiaries or other Affiliates provided to Buyer or any Representatives representatives of Buyer or its Affiliates in 52 connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents.

Return of Documentation. Following termination of this Agreement, Buyer shall return to the Sellers all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments, books, records, materials and all other information (in any format) regarding the Sellers Company or their Affiliates any Company Subsidiary provided to Buyer or any its Representatives of Buyer or its Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Confidentiality Agreement or the other Transaction Documentsshall remain in full force and effect following any termination of this Agreement.
