Common use of Return of Documents; Rights to Products Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents; Rights to Products. All advertising, sales, manufacturers' and other materials or articles or information, including, without limitation, data processing reports, computer programs, software, customer information and records, business records, price lists or information, samples, or any other materials or data of any kind furnished to the Executive by the Company are and shall remain the sole property of the Company, including in each case all copies thereof in any medium, including computer tapes and other forms of information storage. If the Company requests the return of such materials (whether or not containing confidential information) at any time during or at or after the termination of the Executive's employment, Executive shall promptly deliver such materials and all copies of such materials to the Company.
