Common use of Return of Property Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Return of Property Upon Termination. Upon termination of employment for any reason, Employee shall return to the Company all property of the Company, including but not limited to customer lists, records, software, documents, notes, tapes and other repositories of Confidential Information in the possession of Employee; whether prepared by Employee or by others, including copies thereof. Employee shall be responsible for any property loss or damage suffered by the Company due to delay in the return of such property. Employee represents and warrants that he shall not use any of the aforesaid items in any future business with which he shall become involved as an employee or otherwise.
