Common use of Return of Proprietary Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Proprietary Property. The Employee agrees that all property in the Employee's possession belonging to the Company, including without limitation, all documents, reports, manuals, memoranda, computer print-outs, customer lists, credit cards, keys, identification, products, access cards, and all other property relating in any way to the business of the Company are the exclusive property of the Company, even if the Employee authored, created, or assisted in authoring or creating such property. The Employee shall return to the Company all such documents and property immediately upon termination of employment or at such earlier time as the Company may reasonably request.
