Return of safety equipment. a. An employee who terminates their employment for any reason who has been issued safety equipment by the County shall promptly return all such equipment to the County. b. An employee who has been issued safety equipment by the County who is subsequently promoted, demoted or transferred to any position requiring less safety equipment, shall promptly return to the County all safety equipment items not required of the new position.
