Return of Service Obligation (Training Pay Back System. The Parties agree that a pay back system shall be used with respect to all costs incurred by the Company for Employee training. For the purpose of this pay back system, costs shall include, but not limited to, course fees, required text books and wages for training attended during nominal working hours, that are associated with the training. These costs shall not exceed an amount that can be repaid within 12 months under either of the pay back methods outlined in this sub-clause.
