Validation of Tools. Each Employee shall provide the Employer with a list of their tools which shall be checked off and validated by the Employer for the purposes of this clause (ie for provision, standard and compensation purposes). The validation process shall be conducted at the following times: ▪ When a new Employee begins employment with the Company; ▪ Within 3 months of the commencement of this Agreement for existing Employees; ▪ Annually. 16.4.1 Tools in excess of the relevant tool kit list may also be validated at the Employee’s request for the purposes of this clause however the Employer may request validation of such tools at times other than those specified herein. Failure to undertake the tool validation process described herein, shall result in no compensation for loss of tools.

Validation of Tools. Employees shall provide the Employer visible evidence that the employee's tools satisfy the Electrician's Tool Kit at Appendix A, are a suitable standard and are available for use on site. The validation process shall be typically conducted at the following times: o Within 3 months of the commencement of this agreement. o Annually. 15.4.1. Tools in excess of the relevant tool kit list may also be validated at the Employee's request at any time for the purposes of potential compensation as a result of theft or damage. The use of special employee's tools beyond the approved tool list shall be at the absolute discretion of the Directors. Failure to undertake the tool validation process, shall result in no such compensation for loss or damage of tools.

(1) The supplier shall ensure that all software requirements have been tested or otherwise verified and the test results meet the required pass/fail criteria before releasing a software. (2) The supplier shall establish and evaluate a list of all known residual anomalies. (3) The supplier shall document the version of the software that is being released. (4) The supplier shall archive the software and configuration items and the documentation and shall provide the deliverables to CZM.

  • Circumvention of TIPS Sales When a public entity initiates a purchase with Vendor, if the Member inquires verbally or in writing whether Vendor holds a TIPS Contract, it is the duty of the Vendor to verify whether the Member is seeking a TIPS purchase. Any request for quote, customer communication, or customer purchase initiated through or referencing a TIPS Contract shall be completed through TIPS pursuant to this Agreement. Any encouragement or participation by Vendor in circumventing a TIPS sale being completed may result in immediate termination of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause as well as preclusion from future TIPS opportunities at TIPS sole discretion.

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.
