Common use of Return on Equity Performance Clause in Contracts

Return on Equity Performance. Such number of RSUs shall vest based on the Company’s Return on Equity during the Performance Period as is determined by multiplying (i) the Target RSUs set forth in the Grant Notice, by (ii) 20%, by (iii) the Return on Equity Achievement Percentage (as defined in the chart below) determined pursuant to the chart set forth below as of the Measurement Date. If the Company’s Return on Equity achievement is between two achievement levels, the Return on Equity Achievement Percentage shall be determined by linear interpolation between the applicable achievement levels.
