Common use of Return or Destruction of CDI Clause in Contracts

Return or Destruction of CDI. Upon termination, cancellation, expiration or other conclusion of the Agreement, Facility shall return all CDI to University or, if return is not feasible, destroy any and all CDI. If the Contractor destroys the information, the Contractor shall provide University with a certificate confirming the date of destruction of the data upon request.
