Common use of Return or Destruction of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Return or Destruction of Personal Data. 5.1. Subject to paragraph 6.2, Bizagi shall either return or irretrievably delete all Customer Personal Data in its control or possession on expiry or termination of the Agreement. 5.2. To the extent that Bizagi is required by applicable law to retain all or part of the Customer Personal Data (the "Retained Data"), Bizagi shall: 5.2.1. cease all processing of the Retained Data other than as required by the applicable law; 5.2.2. keep confidential all such Retained Data in accordance with the terms set forth in the confidentiality clause in the Agreement; and 5.2.3. continue to comply with the provisions of this DPA in respect of such Retained Data.
