Return to Employment After Term in Office. At the expiration of the leave, the employee may return to employment with the First Nations University of Canada at the same pay level as when their position was vacated. The employee’s seniority shall be retained but not accumulated during the period of absence. In the case of partial leave, seniority accumulation will be prorated.
