Common use of Return to Represented Unit Clause in Contracts

Return to Represented Unit. An employee who has been promoted or transferred out of the represented unit, and who is later transferred back to the unit by the County, shall upon return to the represented unit be granted the seniority he/she would have had, had the employee continued to work in the classification from which he/she was promoted or transferred.
