Common use of Return to Work Following Escort Clause in Contracts

Return to Work Following Escort. In cases where an employee is required to perform escort work beyond 0200 hours, that employee shall be entitled to, for the duration of time he/she worked after 0200 hours, delay the start of his/her next scheduled shift by the same length of time provided that the next scheduled shift was to begin before 1100 hours on the same day and provided there are sufficient qualified staff to do the work required.
