Return to Work from Sick Leave. A Nurse is expected to report to work for all scheduled shifts unless he or she is on an authorized leave. Where a Nurse has been on an authorized sick leave for a period of two (2) consecutive months or longer, the Nurse must provide a minimum of two (2) weeks notice of his or her intended date to return to work, except where a shorter period of notice is mutually agreed between the Nurse and the Employer.
